Shipping combined items

I am a seller. A customers used combined shipping for 2 items, however ebay made me (seller) purchase 2 labels anyway and the customer paid for 2 labels. If I refund one of the shipping labels, how do I as the seller recoup my money from EBAY for the 2nd unused label?

Void the unused label.

Go to Manage shipping labels - opens in new window or tab.
Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Void Label.
Choose your reason for voiding the label.
Select Send request.
