When I set up an auction Ebay allows me to choose USPS first class large mailing, but when I go to make my label Ebay does not allow me the option for that first class mailing, so I'm losing money because the buyer only pays for first class but I'm having to send it ground advantage --
I did not make any changes between putting item on and when it ended

I don't understand why it allows the choice for first class when setting up, but does not allow first class when I'm making my label......If it is not allowed for the category I choose when setting it up, there should not be a first class option allowed when I'm setting it up

This situation is very confusing for many Sellers. Although First Class Large envelope is an option when listing in select categories, there is no option to print a label because that service does not come with tracking.
Some Sellers take a chance and mail the First Class Large envelope with stamps or at the post office but again, there is no tracking.
The next options with tracking are Ground Advantage and is some categories, the eBay Standard Envelope.
