Shipping choice
I offered free shipping. The buyer chose priority mail. I planned to send it 1st class. How was the buyer offered a choice? How can I avoid this mistake in the future? Thank you for any help you can give me.

Mentor3 years agoYou listed your item with free priority shipping. When you select free shipping, you still select a service. If you plan to use 1st class (soon to be advantage ground), then be sure to select that service.
