shipping charges paid
I purchased my shipping label which i at the same time paid for the shipping charges. I got a notice from ebay stating that i still owe them $5.93 for the cost of shipping.
I tried to get a phone numer to talk to a representative but couldnt find one

Your shipping carrier made the determination and not eBay. These notices usually give a reason for the underpayment so what reason did they give?
