Unfortunately, eBay has never figured that out so you have to estimate the size and weight of one box in hopes of covering the shipping cost of two boxes.
Now, having said that keep in mind that if a return happens eBay ONLY issues one return label to the customer, you would have to purchase the other label, hope it covers the cost to ship it back to you and also hope the customer actually ships the other box back.
And just so you know, No returns accepted is the default setting on eBay listing tools and sends the wrong message to both Sellers and Buyers.
-Many new Sellers thinks it protects them from an item being returned
-Some Buyers unfamiliar with how the eBay Money Back Guarantee works may think they can't return something so they may just look elsewhere and find a Seller who accepts returns. So Sellers may actually be losing sales using that setting.
