Shipping charges for Flat Rate boxes
Hi,
I'm a bit confused. I had a buyer who selected Flat Rate Large shipping, so that's how I sent the item. I did not offer Free Shipping. On my invoice, it shows that I paid for shipping and the buyer paid $0. Is this a mistake?
Appreciate any clarification.

If you are referring to the pair of shoes you sold on the 27th, that listing shows free shipping via USPS Large Flat Rate Box. The free shipping box must have been checked on when you created the listing. It is important to double check all the settings especially if you use sell similar or sell on like this options since the listing form will pre-fill the same options as the original.

Mentor11 months agoIf you are referring to the shoes you sold a few days ago then that listing had Free shipping by a USPS flat rate box listed as the shipping method.
