Shipping Charges
1) I am having trouble with making sense of the cost of shipping charges. Have packaged up several items (not yet sold) that were significantly less weight than originally thought would be (4-5 lbs), yet the shipping cost shows much higher! Newer items, so it is not b/c postings were before a rate increase. One item kept changing back & forth in ship cost, so I took it off hoping it’s an EBay glitch (to relist day or two).
2) Had an international buyer who contacted me via Ebay, w/screen shot showing EBay saying seller (me) does not ship internationally. I have always shipped internationally & her country is one that have also always shipped to. Ebay seller help (contact 3 x) told me it is a “technical glitch & fix would be escalatedâ€. It’s been over a week.
