Shipping Charges
So I have noticed that when I sell something on ebay the shipping charges I pay with the ebay discount can be much lower then the charges the buyer pays...I know I can send a refund to the buyer which I do but my concern is buyers looking at the shipping charges when they are considering buying one of my items that they think the charge is very high so they dont buy it...It seems like ebay should have an option for the sellers to only charge the actual shipping cost plus and handing charges...Any ideas?...

·3 years agoYou have a choice to either charge the buyer retail rates or pass your discount to them.
Some charge retail rate, then use the difference to help offset the fee's.

OP3 years agoThanks for your reply...I asked the ebay person on the phone this morning and he said the only way to do it is send the buyer a refund after its been purchased...I thought there was an option so I will figure it out....
