Shipping Charges
I recently made a sale. I clicked on the shipping label just to confirm that I had the buyers address correct, however I was charged $48.74!
I didn't print or use the label. I brought the package to the post office and shipped the item for $24.80.
How can I get my shipping money back?

Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/my-ebay
- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.
- Choose your reason for canceling the label.
- Select Cancel shipping label.
You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.
(eBay Standard Envelopes are an exception. Label charges for this program are non-refundable and non-voidable once the label is purchased/printed. https://pages.ebay.com/sell/standarddelivery/termsofservice.html)
