Shipping Charges
I recently sold an item on Ebay. The actual size and weight of the package were EXACTLY what I estimated when creating the listing (in fact, actual weight was 6 oz. less). Yet when I went to purchase the shipping label through Ebay, it cost me $9.52 when the Buyer was only charged $6.17. That's a significant difference. How is this possible?? Any thoughts? Seems like BS when I get screwed out of $3 on shipping when my numbers were spot on.

It sounds like the irregular package box was checked inadvertently.
You could try using the buy another label option and see if the box id checked or if the price is correct without the box checked. If so, you can buy a new label then cancel the first label. The refund for the cancelled label takes about 3 weeks to receive.
