Shipping charges
I had a buyer send me a shipping label. USPS just notified me that the postage was insufficient. I've sent the buyer a message and no response. How do I get her to pay the balance or am I stuck with it?

OP1 year agoBuyer agreed to pay shipping-that's why I used the shipping label sent to me. I won't do that again! Does Ebay intervene in this case?

Mentor1 year agoSince you did not actually purchase the shipping label eBay will have nothing to do with any shipping problems. You never allow a buyer to send you a shipping label.

Mentor1 year agoThis is one of the reasons why sellers should never use a label sent by the buyer. If the buyer refuses to pay the postage due, it will be returned to you. If you want the item back, you will need to pay the postage due.

Sellers are the one who buys the label!
