Shipping charges
Shipped my item without using ebay label or qr code but never got reimbursed by ebay.
Didn't give me an option to cancel the label so I shipped it and provided tracking number manually.
Tried talking to an assistant and was told I indeed didn't purchase the label and he would need to call me back, Its been 2 days the system should of caught this when I provided tracking #'s that didn't match any ebay tracking?
I just need the postage reimbursed that I fronted to get to the buyer in a better than timely manner.

If I'm reading your post correctly, you purchased a shipping label on eBay that you will not be using? If that is the case, if you go to your Shipping Labels page, you need to cancel that unused label. Once you do that, you should see your refund in approximately 21 days.

OP4 months agoNo I did not buy the shipping label,I just marked it shipped and provided the tracking number that usps provided me.
On may 2nd ebay marked it as being scanned may 4th impossible if I didn't purchase to begin with.
There wasn't the option to cancel the label after I marked it shipped.
An agent confirmed I didn't indeed use the label and were having difficulties and would have to call back.
So far its been 48 hrs and i feel ghosted.
My time is precious trying to navigate ai and the time it takes to talk to a real agent is exhausting & frustraiting.

In looking at this listing, it shows you charged the Buyer for shipping.
I apologize if I'm not understanding your question then. If the Buyer paid you $xxx.xx for shipping and your cost for shipping was greater than that, as the Seller, you would need to absorb that extra cost.
If that isn't the case, you could message eBay on their Instagram page:

OP4 months agoEbay never reimbursed me for shipping directly, For not using the provided postage label ebay generated.
The buyer paid postage to ebay.
I paid at the post office with my banking.
Ebay owes me the postage from the sale.
I never generated any ebay postage label for the sale.
The post office never scanned any ebay affiliated postage this is where the problem lies, The package has been delivered this should flag a rebate considering I didnt go thru ebay postage.
