shipping charges
Does Ebay make money off of using them for shipping? Do they purposefully represent low shipping costs that you then pay an adjustment on?

eBay offers discounted shipping rates, that helps to offset the fees Sellers pay on paid shipping from Buyers. eBay collects a fee on the amount the Buyer pays the Seller for the item price, paid shipping and any sales tax levied on the transaction.
