Shipping Charges
I had my package details correct in the listing. eBay charged the buyer $21 and when I went to print the label, they wanted to charge me $38 for it. Why did they not charge the buyer the correct amount? Nothing changed with the package dimensions or the weight.

It has flat price shipping of $20.37 anywhere in the USA
When listing, select Calculated shipping and enter the weight and dimensions.
Shippers charge based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
