shipping charges
I sold an item on ebay and paid the ups store for the shipping, then ebay took another $43.47 from my account because they said the shipping was under estamated but the item cost $47.08 to ship which I paid out of my own pocket and I have the receipt from ups to prove it, I contacted ebay told them the situation they said they would credit my account back the $43.47 but I have not heard from them and the money has yet to be credited to my account, I have been with ebay in good standing for 12 years, any suggestions.

Mentor1 year ago@jbru4749 Only eBay customer service can file the dispute since they are the UPS customer. I recommend contacting CS on social media to ask them to do this. Keep in mind that UPS does sometimes add incorrect surcharges but there are CORRECT surcharges that you can read about on the UPS website.
Personally if I have an item that is too large or heavy to ship via USPS then I use UPS and buy the label from PIrateship.com. Pirateship helps with insurance claims and surcharge disputes. UPS does have a list of valid surcharges on their website too. UPS does not add surcharges as often as Fed Ex does.
