Shipping charges
I have a customer who purchased a horse fly sheet from me. I had 3 fly sheets available and after she purchased it she decided she wanted to purchase the other two and have me ship them all in the same box. But the problem is that she already paid for the first item including the cost of shipping and if she goes and purchases the other two she would automatically be charged for the shipping cost again. How can she purchase it where she won't be charged for the shipping? She submitted and offer for the first item which I accepted so if she submits and offer for the other two would there be the opportunity to change the shipping in the offer? Thank you for your help.

The only way to adjust shipping is if you accept the offer and can send an invoice. If you have Auto-pay turned ON then an invoice is not possible. You can always refund the shipping overage on a multiple purchase.
You can Combine multiple purchases that are paid for prior to shipping so they all go in one box and each transaction will have the tracking number on it for your protection.
COMBINE SHIPPING:
You can actually Combine multiple Paid purchases items prior to printing a label:
-Sold items will be in your Awaiting shipment-print shipping label file
-Use the check box on the left for the items to be Combined
-At the top of the list is a Shipping drop-down menu on the left, select Print shipping labels
-The items will be moved to the Bulk label flow
-Use the check boxes again on the left and then click the Combine button at the top of the page
-The items will be Combined, over on the right you can adjust the weight, box dimensions, Shipping method (if necessary) and then review and print the label in the upper right.
-If you want a receipt it is a secondary function on the Bulk label flow.
