Shipping charges
I sold an item with a $1.00 charge for postage. Tried to print a label but does not allow access for $1.00 postage. Stated "Buyer Selected" and $4.35 shipping charge appears. This is only a $5.00 item. Can anyone explain why $1.00 postage option does not appear. Thank you in advance.

Mentor3 years agoYou selected first class shipping for your shipping method, so you need to send the card in a plain white envelope with a postage stamp, as ebay only prints labels that include TRACKING, which is that $4.35 shipping price.
Trading cards for $20 or less can be shipped using ebay's standard envelope, but you need to select that option when creating the listing.

OP3 years agoSo am I correct in assuming that I want to select either standard or economy shipping?

Mentor3 years ago@skeeta2283 when listings are created, we have to choose shipping methods. you offered USPS First Class shipping, so the buyer was able to choose it. Did you use calculated shipping?
