Shipping Charges
I am getting killed on shipping charges. The buyers want USPS Ground Advantage and I honor that. The problem is I am not getting my charges covered by eBay. I am going in the hole constantly making up the difference on what I pay for shipping and what eBay allocates. Anyone having similar issues?

There won't be any issue if you are setting up your shipping options correctly. You need to enter the package size and weight in your listing so the buyer is charged the correct amount. That size and weight will be the default when you purchase your shipping label through eBay. You can edit it if anything has changed before completing the purchase.
Are you purchasing your labels through eBay? If so, you receive a discount on the label cost. If you are purchasing your labels at the post office, then you are paying full price for them. If your settings are passing along your discount (or portion of it) to the buyer, but purchasing the label at the post office, then you will lose money. Check here:
