Shipping charges
As a seller I sold an item and the buyer paid shipping charges of $13.72. I printed the shipping label from eBay but it charged me for shipping. My funds on hold don’t show that I will be getting the shipping charges the buyer paid. What did I do wrong? The buyer was supposed to pay shipping not me. Thanks!

The shipping charges the buyer paid will be part of the payout you will receive from Ebay.
