shipping charged was not enough to cover shipping cost
Hi, I just had a sale; buyer paid $11 for shipping but the shipping cost me (the seller) $12.40. Why wasn't the correct shipping charged during the purchase? does anyone know?

Mentor3 years agoDid you create your label for the same service you offered the buyer?Did you change the weight from what you listed?

OP3 years agoI didn't realize my send from and send to addresses were different. I thought when i updated my address after my move, they'd both update. Living and learning. thanks for the response!!!

Mentor3 years agoThat is correct. Any changes to your FIVE addresses do not automatically update the listings' ITEM LOCATION.
