Shipping charged per item on a multiple item listing????? Never happened on previous type items
eBay charged a custom per item on a multiple item purchased in one transaction. This order was for beads, 7 - 1-2 oz. items, instead of adding up the weight and charging that fee, they were charged per item, so instead of being charged $7.17 (actual cost) they were charged $34.65 got USPS Ground Advantage, customer even asked for USPS Ground Advantage. I have sold multiples of these items before without this issue. Did something change?????? I have already given the customer their refund.
