Shipping Chargebacks
Is there a way to dispute shipping charge backs ? Specifically from FedEx. Every time I use FedEx I get a chargeback for shipping. Obviously I wont use them anymore. However they more than doubled a shipping charge on an item I had weighed 5.5 Lbs and they said weighed 5.9 Lbs. It originally cost $18 to ship and that .4 Lbs it went up to $38.77. Any suggestions ?

RESOLVED -root cause has been identified, and resolution is underway. All impacted customers will be credited for any erroneous FedEx label adjustment costs. At this time we don't need any other customer examples.
