Shipping charge paid twice via USPS Options?
Purchasing a shipping label for item to be mailed tomorrow. Got msg USPS was running slow & no label was printed. Went back to print shipping label but saw I was charged twice via PayPal. How do you get shipping charge refunded?

You can cancel the label you didn't use within 28 days of purchase here:

It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.
