shipping charge mistake
I have a buyer that purchased 7 of one set of items. (5 pc dinner set). The shipping did not calculate as 7 different packages. I will have to pay an additional $65 to ship. That's a huge bite out of my sale, which was already 50% off. What should I do? This isn't my mistake.

Mentor2 years agoIt sounds like you didn't set up the listing correctly. When you have a multiple quantity item, where the buyer selects how many of the item s/he wants, you need to either use calculated shipping with a rule to ADD THE WEIGHTS, or have a shipping cost for one item, and a shipping cost for each additional item.
