Shipping charge issue

Hi Everyone:

I have an item listed for sale, I have 5 "in stock", a buyer buys 4 of them. When I get the invoice of what she paid it only charged her for 1 item shipping and should have been 4 shipping charges.

I had contacted the buyer prior to her payment and said I would combine the shipping and refund her anything over the actual cost.

What do I do now?

In the future, when you have a multi-quantity listing, you need to specify the shipping for additional items, or have a shipping rule to ADD THE WEIGHTS.

Since the shipping wasn't set up right, not much you can do but box them up and ship them. What kind of item is it, will they fit in a flat rate box?
