Shipping charge incorrect. How do I fix?
I shipped an item and used the information that eBay provided when determining a shipping amount for my listing. Now, I get an email message that says there’s a cost adjustment because the package weight was different - 4lb 12.0 oz on the label and the actual weight was 3 lb 3.5200000000003 oz. (Seriously, they said the weight was exactly that). The message also says Overpaid adjustment: $-1.83.
It’s weird that the weight was less and the overpaid adjustment was negative - which would seem that I underpaid the cost. I’m not interested in debating this. Since the buyer paid for the shipping, I need to return $1.83 to them.
Is there anything I need to do other than return $1.83 to the buyer for the shipping amount they overpaid?

OP11 months agoI believe I fixed the problem by refunding the $1.83 to the buyer. We’ll see.
