Shipping charge discrepancy
I am trying to track down a shipping fee discrepancy...
I sold 12 view master reels for $20.
My order page shows that shipping was $4.57 (reasonable).
My packing slip shows that the shipping was $17.76 (unreasonable - it was a light envelope).
My customer is saying she was charged the $17.76 fee. I am trying to determine who charged this, what it was for and why does it not show on my order page.
Any help will be welcome.

Mentor1 year agoI suggest you ask the buyer to send a photo of the charge by USPS to see the reason for the charge.

Mentor1 year agoWhat method of shipping did you use? What was the weight of the package, and the dimensions? It sounds like you might have used media mail, which does not qualify for viewmaster reels.

OP1 year agoI used USPS Ground Advantage. The package was an envelope with a piece of cardboard to stiffen it. All in all it was less than 1 pound.
