shipping charge difference
I sold an item across country to CA. On my end the shipping showed $19.11, but the buyer only paid $10.85. How can this be? I have doubled checked the weight and dimensions I entered and it still shows $19.11.
HELP!

Mentor1 year agoAlways use calculated shipping, so the buyer is charged according to weight and distance from the seller.

·1 year agoYou list with a fixed cost shipping which doesn't take in to account distance.
