Shipping charge adjustment
I shipped an item that weighed 47.5 lb. The manufacturer showed that item at a shipping weight of 47.5 lb as well. I weighed the item before I shipped it at 47.5 lb. The shipping label was created by eBay for FedEx at a rate for 47.5 lb. FedEx is now made an adjustment to it at a 60 lb rate With an additional charge of approximately $45. Is there any way to contest this?

Mentor2 years agoProbably not but since eBay is considered as the sender of record FedEx will not talk with you. You can try contacting eBay customer service and see if they can help with this.
