Shipping Charge Adjustment
I mailed a package via FedEx in a standard box labeled on the box as 48" x 4" x 4". I received an email from eBay that FedEx had a cost adjustment on my package because they identified it as being 49" long. As a result they are charging me an additional $11.75 for shipping. The box clearly says it is 48" long. Has anybody had this happen to them and is there a way I can get my money back?
