Shipping charge
I shipped an item that weighed less than a pound in a box that wasn’t the correct size. I knew that I probably would’ve been overcharged for the box not being correct in addition to the three dollar charge eBay saying that the item weigh 23 pounds and charge me an additional $46 for being overweight. I just got off the phone with USPS and they said it in there in the two areas that they checked for weight versus amount paid they didn’t have a problem with what I paid therefore it wasn’t 23 pounds is what I’m saying how do I dispute this with eBay for charging me $46 for an item that weighed less than 2 pounds and they’re saying it weigh 23 pounds even the United States Post Office is saying it didn’t. They never use the word 23 pounds. They don’t have any problem with it and they said that if it weighed that much they would’ve seized the package before it was delivered
