Shipping charge
Ebay is attempting to charge me, the seller, for shipping, but I shipped the item myself without printing a shipping label. I'm frustrated that they are attempting to charge me for shipping when I didn't ship through ebay

eBay only charges you if you buy a label on eBay.
Did you buy a label on eBay that you didn't use? If so, cancel the label.
Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/my-ebay
- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.
- Choose your reason for canceling the label.
- Select Cancel shipping label.
You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.
(eBay Standard Envelopes are an exception. Label charges for this program are non-refundable and non-voidable once the label is purchased/printed. https://pages.ebay.com/sell/standarddelivery/termsofservice.html)
