You actually don't have to use USPS Priority mail on your items, that is a more expensive service than USPS Ground Advantage.
As @comics-scifi-collectibles mentioned, if you actually drop a package off at USPS without getting it scanned they will ship it anyway and the APV system between USPS and eBay will charge YOU for the insufficient postage through eBay.
As to cancelling a label and reprinting a new one you can do that on this page: Track and manage your shipments
If the answers we have provided do not address your issue then you need to be more specific with what happened ...

Mentor10 months ago@kimbly-22. If you have not shipped yet then cancel the shipping label and buy a new one.
The post office can't add more to an existing shipping label.
If you already shipped then the shipping company will bill you through eBay. You will see the charge on your all transactions page.
If you could provide more information on the exact location and status of the package we will be able to assist you better.
