Shipping charge
I purchased the Kramer Blues breaker the ad said free shipping I just received the bill from FedEx for $91. I think this seller is a scam it's from Japan I want a full refund

Mentor1 year agoShippers like FedEx and UPS will pass on any customs fees that are imposed on the item. Sellers are not responsible for any customs fees that are charged to buyers. Keep in mind that under this administration they removed the customs fee exemptions for items costing less than $800. So almost all items will have customs fees imposed when they were not in the past.

·1 year agoWe cannot see your purchase history or the item in question, but if you received a bill from FedEx, exactly what does it say it's for? If it's from Japan, it's possible there are customs fees due, or it's also possible the seller simply did not purchase the shipping label with the correct information. It's not necessarily a scam, most problems are simple mistakes.
I recommend you reach out to your seller for assistance first with this. Just go to the order and click the Contact Seller link to send them a message and explain the issue. Hopefully they'll be willing to work with you.
