Shipping charge
How do I deal with a shipping charge adjustment? The item I shipped was under 10lbs on the scale and I properly inputted dimensions.
I used an EBay FedEx label. Today I received a note that they want to upcharge me $11 because the shipment was 41lbs.
No plastic airplane model weighs 41lbs! When I dropped it off at FedEx there was a guy packaging and shipping four laptops in a box at the next service station, I bet that’s the weight of record that my shipment picked up.
Who can I talk to because I can’t find anywhere a customer service email or number at EBay.
