Shipping Charge
Hello,
A buyer was charged $120 for shipping for a 12â€x12†painting. I believe this is incorrect and do not want to overcharge. How can I talk to someone about this?
Thanks!

Mentor2 years agoWhat weight and dimensions did you enter when you set up your listing? Definitely check the dimensions when you create your shipping label - I think you managed to add a digit to one of them.
The shipping charged tot he buyer was based on 48LB plus surcharges for over 30 inches plus over 2 cubic feet. The 48LB is probably a result of a dimension error - it is called dimensional weight. This is used when a package is over a cubic foot.
When you buy your label with the correct dimensions, you can figure out how much too much your buyer paid, and refund the difference (or most of it) to the buyer. To send the refund, go to your list of sold orders and select send refund from the pull down menu next to that item.
