shipping change
My shipping changed due to the description of the item. It is a football card that says nuclear on it so ebay thinks I am shipping hazmat. Buyer paid the listed portion that I set but was increased to ground because of the "hazmat". How can I pay for the lower price set and paid by the buyer?
