Shipping cancel/reprint
Summary: friskymom is facing issues with a shipping process after selling an item. They initially created a shipping label for one item but realized the buyer ordered two, prompting them to cancel the label and create a new one with updated weight. However, they ended up paying for both labels, with the second still insufficient for the actual weight. krazzykats advised canceling the incorrect label and creating a correct one, but friskymom is unable to cancel the second label and is seeking further assistance.
Please help me regarding this unfortunate and convoluted process regarding shipping.
I sold an item that had multiple available.
I received notice that Buyer had paid
I created a shipping label ($6.40) and then noticed that the buyer had ordered two of the items
When I printed the label, it showed the weight of one item. So I canceled the label.
I contacted an agent and after 20 minutes found out how to change the weight. I created another label for $7.03.
On my evaluation, it shows that I paid $13.43 for shipping. But when I go to the post office today and print the last label, it again will not be enough. I can’t attach the old label that I canceled.
Please help me, what do I do?

Mentor1 week agoCancel the wrong label and get the right one, making sure the dimensions and weight match the mailing class.

OP1 week agoI have canceled the first one. And printed the second one. I tried to cancel the second one and print it all, but it won’t allow me to cancel the second one. Thank you, please keep trying!
