Shipping Calculator Too Low
When customers purchase multiple items, the shipping calculator weight is correct but the dimensions are often way off and I end up paying for more shipping then the customer paid. How can I keep this from happening and why is it happening?

Mentor6 months ago@unique.an39 Calculated combined shipping rules ONLY apply to the weight, not the dimesons. I understand that is frustrating but that is the way the program works.
Consider not using a shipping rule and handling combined shipping manually by sending an adjusted invoice. OR use a Flat Rate combined shipping rule and charge x for the 1st item and x for each additional.
