Shipping calculator not correct

I am having an issue with shipping. I have an item that I have the correct weight and dimensions and it’s telling a potential buyer it’s $114 to ship it. I also had two shipments that didn’t calculate enough shipping. What is going on? I have never had an issue with shipping. I am going to quit selling if they can’t get this resolved.

Shipping the wreath will be expensive because of the package size. Any package over one cubic foot will be charged by DIM (Dimensional) weight and not the actual weight of the package. Also there will be surcharges based on the length of the package. Some items can be very costly to ship.

It says its shipping Priority Mail for $171.61. Check not only the weight and size, but the shipping service. A wreath should not cost that to send.
