Shipping calculator doesn’t match
I recently sold several items and they had to be shipped from the U.S. to Canada. I chose “calculated†shipping when I made the post, however it only calculated $2-3 per order, which is what the buyers paid. . I go to make the shipping label, and I’m charged $14, and I cannot edit anything about the shipping method. I can edit the weight and dimensions, but the price doesn’t change. Do I cancel the orders?

Mentor2 years ago@hockeyjockey89121 You chose 1st class international letter on your listing. This means you go to the post office to purchase NON TRACKED postage because that's what you had on the listing. You will not have tracking to prove delivery.
The shipping labels you buy on eBay all come with tracking and are package rate with the exception of eBay Standard Envelopes for which come with tracking BUT are a special metered mail rate.
