Shipping Calculated wrong.
I did a listing yesterday for multiple items on the same listing. The shipping calculated wrong (my fault) I have several orders, but will lose money because of my mistake. What do I do?

·3 years agoYou ship the item after you are paid by the buyer and you will make up the difference in shipping yourself. If you do not complete the transaction, you will receive a defect and will be penalized with the final value fee of the winning bid.

Mentor3 years agoIf you cancel that many orders, you will fall below standard on your next evaluation. So that is not a good choice.
You can’t ask the buyers for more shipping money.
So that only leaves shipping and taking the loss.
