shipping calculaor
The calculated shipping rate is not working on my sold items. 3 items I shipped yesterday were much higher than the shipping cost sent to buyers. I tried to figure out what went wrong, but I can't. Any help would be appreciated!

Mentor2 years agoIt sounds like you are charging the buyer the retail rate for shipping. If you want to give the buyer your discount and have them pay the commercial rate, go here:

OP2 years agoI'm using eBay's calculated shipping, putting in the size of the box and the actual weight. It's still sending a much lower shipping cost to the buyer. I lost over $20. yesterday because of this. I double checked my listings for a mistake I may have made and I don't believe the error was mine.

Weight of the package
Dimensions of the package
Your zip code
The buyer's zip code
What ebay displayed for shipping cost on the listing
What you were actually charged
