Shipping caculations didn't show in listing
Sold 32 lb item that is 39"x22"x27" (boxed) and the listing didn't show shipping costs to buyer. I entered the weight and measurements when listed item (used slightly heavier 35 lbs est), My estimate is $328 by using e-bay calculator. How do we know what shipping cost is for buyer.? Also where can I see actual shipping estimate with e-bay discount? Thank you.

Looking at the actual listing and description here
https://www.ebay.com/itm/227132074152
The item was listed using Freight shipping.
When Freight is selected, eBay does not calculate or display a shipping cost to the buyer at checkout. Weight and dimensions are not used for buyer-facing pricing in this mode.
That is why the buyer did not see a shipping charge and paid $0 shipping.
The message shown to buyers, “Freight – Check the item description or contact the seller for details,†is informational only. The description itself does not control eBay’s shipping calculations. Freight assumes shipping will be arranged separately between buyer and seller.
Since no shipping cost was shown at checkout, the buyer is not obligated to pay shipping. Any shipping cost would need buyer agreement outside the order.
Best practice going forward
Use Local pickup for large or heavy items you do not intend to ship
Use Calculated shipping and preview it before listing if shipping will be offered
Use Freight only when you plan to quote and arrange shipping separately
Shipping did not show because the listing was set to Freight.
