    Shipping by USPS Priority Mail
                     

    If a Buyer pays for Priority Mail shipping, is the Seller obligated to use this shipping service?

    Hi @trebstermt 

     

    If that is the service you had on the listing then that is the service the Buyer is expecting.  If you had more than one choice and that is the one the Buyer selected then they must have a reason for that.  You get a discount on purchasing your labels through eBay.

     

    If they paid for Priority and you ship Ground advantage they may take that as you trying to make money off shipping ... not good.
