Shipping being paid is less than ebay calculations and I'm paying the excess ??

Question

On every package i shipped this morning, ebay charged the customer less than the actual shipping even though I didn't change any of the calculations. Anyone know what is going on?? I had to pay the excess on 4 pkgs this morning.

USPS rates went up by 8% as of yesterday. Anything purchased before then was charged the old rate. You are paying the new rate this morning.
