Shipping batteries
USPS has new rules and regulations about shipping batteries. If you ship a battery the label will have to have a H on it and if you ship something from eBay shipping area it will out print out the right label this should be fixed because this makes eBay shipping unusable for stuff like phone and anything with a rechargeable battery.
