Shipping and handeling

Hello,

Can anyone tell me why if customer is paying shipping and handling eBay is not charging them the correct amount. I had a shirt sale and eBay collected $6.01 and I was charges for the label $8.30. Did I do something wrong?

You listed that item with a flat fee, same cost to any buyer regardless where they live. Click the SHIPPING DETAILS and change the zip code. The shipping will always show $6.01

You need to select Calculated Shipping, so ebay will charge the buyer according to the weight/dimensions of the package from your zip code to the buyer's zip code. You cannot charge your buyer any more than $6.01
