shipping an item
i need to send an invoice to a seller in Israel, but i get this message which i do not understand as i ship to almost all countries
The buyer is requesting that you ship to a country that you have excluded.
I did not exclude a country
how should i proceed to send the invoice to my buyer?

Mentor5 months agoI looked at your 2 sold listings. Both exclude only Russian Federation and Ukraine. I would suggest contacting customer service on your homesite.
