shipping an item
Issue #1: I sold an item and sent it UPS. I watched the man at the UPS store write down the address where my package was going. When I checked the tracking it went to a different address (CA instead of TN). UPS says once a package is delivered it cannot be picked up. They not only said they could not pick it up, they will not honor my 100 insurance on the package. This is not right but I am not sure how to solve the problem. Â I need advise. Â Thank you

Issue#2: I sold an item and sent it UPS. I needed the person's mailing address so I selected the option to look at the Ebay mailing label. To my surprise I was charged USPS shipping immediately when the label address came up - I thought I would get to approve it and select the feature for the label to continue and be printed out. Â I cancelled the label so it was not printed out, but I see that the shipping charge was subtracted from my selling price of the item. Can I get the USPS shipping fee that I did not use refunded? Â Thank you for your help.

·2 years agoThe first issue, you'll have to refund the buyer, then deal with UPS.

Second issue: You have 5 days to void the shipping label.
Go to your shipping labels and click Void in the menu next to the label.
It'll take 3 to 4 weeks to receive the refund.
